You only need to subscribe for email if you are no longer a Talktalk Broadband customer, and your old email addresses will be looked after by Everymail:

You may need to have a link sent to you by staff if you can't sign up directly with Everymail.
Ensure that you have completed your community forum profile details, via your avatar; settings; Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
