The error is:
Sender address rejected: You are blocked sending mail .
Something is preventing me sending mail from one of my e-mail addresses. What can I do?
I cannot find the cause.
Outgoing mail is blocked whether using Outlook on a Windows computer, apps.talktalk.co.uk online or from a Samsung Android mail app.
Please could you look into this.
Many thanks

I've had your email address unblocked so you will now be able to send again. Be sure to scan all your internet connected devices for Viruses and Malware. If your mailbox is blocked again it means you're still sending out spam and you should reset your password and it has to be something you've never used before.

Hi edwhow01, if you reset the password for that mailbox make sure its a password you've never used before as if its been used before you'll be blocked again.

In which case my original advice stands I'm afraid as your email address is being used to send out multiple spam emails.
Not sure there is anything TalkTalk can do but @Arne-TalkTalk should be able to advise once he gets around to your thread.

Thanks. No, it is to all recipients, same using Android or Windows.

If it's one recipient only then it's likely to be at their end, not yours.
A rejection is usually only by the receiver, not the sender and as such you should contact the receiver by another means and ask them to check their settings.

Is this just one email you are sending to one person or all?
Have you recently received an email apparently from TalkTalk asking you to verify or rescue your account and followed the link?
If you email address may have been compromised and being used to send out spam which is why spam filters are rejecting your legitimate mailing.
If you have, I'd suggest you
Export your address book so it does not get lost.
Change your password
Check if any mail forwarding has been setup on your account
Run a virus and malware scan on your devices that you use to access you emails.
If your email address has been spoofed there is not a lot you can do until spammers move onto someone else's address.
Hopefully it will resolve itself in time.
You could also do an internet search as there are some suggestions you could try.
