Everymail issue

I have two old email accounts and looking to sign up to Everymail using the £50 for up to 5 accounts but when login can only add one.

So if logged into email 1 can only add email 1 and if logged into email 2 can only add email 2.

How can I link them?

You will need to update your community profile so that you will be able to find the private notes section. 🙂

Thank you for this. Lastly, are you experiencing feature restrictions (i.e. unable to send an email) in the email account?

There is for the primary account but not the other one and when try to sign up using primary account the other account doesn't show so can add.

I received one for the primary account ie one used in past to manage Talk Talk account but not the other one.
