I am trying to set up my Everymail account but I'm not getting the option to sign up.  I suspect that is because the account has become knotted with various E-Mail addresses 

I can log into mailbox manager with my Talktalk email address, but get no options from there.  The talktalk E-Mail wont let me sign into this support. 

I can log into this support network using a previously linked btinternet account, but that doesn't let me into the mailbox manager, and when I ask for a forgotten password link nothing arrives.  

Please help!!

Hi Amahle. 

 

I received the communication regarding the switch to my BTInternet email, but I cannot log into the mailbox manager using that account.  When I ask for a password reset for the btinternet account it states that it has sent a link to my "alternate E-Mail and phone", but Im not getting anything through on either.  

I have not received a request to sign up to Everymail to any of the talktalk E-Mail accounts, and when I can log into the mailbox manager using my talktalk E-Mail address, but it is not giving me any options to sign up to Everymail.  It is also only showing my email address and does not appear to be linked to those of the rest of the family.

I no longer have a talktalk broadband account having moved to an area where you dont provide a service

Hi there @marts111, can you please confirm if you are still experiencing this issue, so we can look into it for you, also please confirm if you have received communication from us regarding switching to Everymail?
