I have received notification that I must transfer my account from Talktalk to Everymail. I have tried to do this but the system doesn't recognise my Irish address.

Is there a help function on Everymail you can ask for help as I doubt staff here will be able to help with the Every mail system to this extent?
Is the address you are inputting the same as your TalkTalk one as you do say you have an Irish address?
TalkTalk only operates in Northern Ireland and I would have thought cleared this with Everymail and you therefore should be able to register a NI postcode.

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
