TalkTalk have apparently linked my Mail Plus account to Everymail for me as an existing TalkTalk Mail Plus subscriber, however it appears they have linked my old original now restricted TalkTalk account from when I had broadband and not my newer since 2023 TalkTalk Mail Plus account.
When I log into Web mail I only see 1 of my 5 email addresses, I don't see my Everymail subscription details and cannot manage my 5 email accounts that I pay for.
My old and new account details are in the private notes field here.
Can someone from TalkTalk please sort this out for me as I need reassurance I am not going to lose full access and use for the 5 email accounts I pay for, from 28th July 2025

Yes that is correct. My broadband ended in 2023 and in order to retain use of my existing 5 TalkTalk email addresses (used by me and family members) I subscribe £50 annually every June to TalkTalk Mail Plus.
When accessing Everymail now after finding out TalkTalk had transferred me, only my 1 primary email address is available, no option to manage the other 4.
When I click on ? then 'my talktalk' it takes me to my old 2023 original restricted account number and not my newer different TalkTalk Mail Plus account number (see private notes), which is why I think there is an error by TalkTalk moving me to Everymail themselves and possibly linking the wrong old account.

I can see that you started a thread about the issue last week too, @PhilipL.
It's really more helpful if you don't start a new topic for each new development of the issue as it becomes more difficult to follow.

Please do just follow up on this one topic for one issue on this thread now as the whole email migration challenge is complex enough as it is! That's usual forum guidelines for customers.

So, just to confirm, you no longer have any broadband service at all with Talktalk and previously all 5 email addresses were accessible through your Mailplus subscription?
However, only one of them got moved across to Everymail?
