Existing customer and email blocked

Like others my email is blocked. I need to send emails and receive emails. I am an existing customer.

 

Am I right in saying I need to put my account number and email addresses here for them to be linked to my account for some reason?

Hi @JanetEN If you want help, you cannot use someone else's thread.

To get help, you must start your own thread, and I can assure you we will look into it for you. To create your own thread, go to the main page for the board in question & click the "Start a topic" button.

I also have the same problem as RobDan above. I may have received the email in the past with details how to attach my broadband account to continue receiving emails but your system was compromised and all of my email history has been deleted. All of my passwords have been updated but do not now know how to link my broadband and email... it keeps asking to subscribe and pay.

 

Could you please advise what to do

I can confirm that your Tiscali email address is linked to your broadband account. I have submitted a web form to exclude you from the migration, as you have an active account with us and your email address is associated with it. Additionally, I have escalated the issue regarding your restriction on your email as you shouldn't have been impacted. We will update you as soon as we receive a response.

Hi, thanks for the replies,

 

I have been into my profile and I have included two email addresses in the private notes that are, or have been associated with my talktalk account.

Hi @RobDan I have found your account and can confirm that you have an existing broadband service with only one email address linked to it. Could you please go to your profile and add the email address you are inquiring about? If you have more than one email address, please include them in the private note. Let me know when done.

Yes I will attach the screenshot to show the message when I go into my email. For some reason I have to also keep changing my password each time I try to login to the forum.
