Hi, confused why I'm being charged to keep and use my email address whilst I pay a monthly subscription to Talk Talk?

Is this correct ???

I've just checked for the account and was able to locate a disconnected account. Not sure if there's another account, please do set up your profile.

If@Jo111 has a broadband account and not a mail plus one? Its not clear from the original post if they have Broadband or were pay for Mail Plus and being transferred to Everymail.

Or have you been able to trace their account without the customer seemingly completing their profile @siphosethu-TT

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.

Thank you @Gliwmaeden2, all that @Jo111 has to do is get in touch with every mail to unsubscribe and get back to us.

@Jo111, presumably you started paying Everymail the £5.00?

There has been an issue about this going on since the summer, so did you receive a notification (in error) to set up the subscription?

Wait to hear back from staff before unsubscribing.

The normal thing over recent months has been for staff to officially complete a webform for individuals affected, in order to relink legacy email addresses to current broadband services.

However customers had to alert staff.
