When do Talk Talk intend to fix the problem with tiscali emails being directed to the spam folders when emailing to gmail accounts?

This is causing me major problems

I understand that the TalkTalk Mail team have done all they can. Have you been able to contact your contacts on Gmail? e.g. send them a Gmail message and ask them to select your TalkTalk message in the Spam folder and mark as Not spam. This will tell Gmail not to drop your mail into the spam folders and all your future mail will then arrive in the Inbox.
