When I try to get into my Email 99% of the time it does not connect and on the odd occasion that it did connect it took for ever and a day can you please rectify this problem.

What device are you using and what's the operating system and browser type and version? The reason for asking is to ensure the device, operating system and chosen browser are all supported.
On the assumption that your broadband connection is good I'd suggest trying an alternative browser that's fully updated. Choose from Edge, Firefox and Chrome for a desktop browser device.
