Help, Can I retrieve all e.mails accidently deleted

I got myself a new phone, as my old one got a glitch and I could not access anything.

I finally managed to get e-mails, but.... stupidly I was deleting the emails from a really old phone thinking it would not affect my emails on the new phone. However, everything has gone! and I mean everything.   Is there anyway I can retrieved my e-mails??

Anything deleted from webmail bin is gone for good, @sprat.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
