Email folders

Can anyone tell me please how to retrieve a deleted folder in email?
it’s not in my bin as I expected it to be…

I haven’t emptied the bin since I deleted the folder by accident yesterday but can’t find the deleted folder anywhere.

Thanks for confirming that you’re using a TalkTalk.net email account.

When a folder is accidentally deleted in TalkTalk Webmail, it normally moves into the Trash/Bin, but deleted folders don’t always display clearly in email apps, so the first step is to check directly from Webmail.
