From my talktalk address using Outlook installed on computer:

"550 5.7.1 Reject for policy reason" 

and using webmail: 

"An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request."

Addressees were at corporate addresses.

I have just had a notice informing me that the price is increasing. How about a refund for the times when email doesn't work?

@Flaneuse, I've removed the illustration of the message you received, as it includes a genuine email address  - these should never be displayed in full in the public thread, whether it's your personal information or anyone else's personal  / professional information.

To add to the above post (can't edit): there are three active talktalk addresses on the account: two send OK at the moment, one (the most used) doesn't.
