Unable to send emails from my @tiny world account.  Now what is the problem?  Ok for 3 weeks…..

HiChrisG15, I've been told this should be fixed and asked if you could retest and let us know if it's working again.

Same here,

and of course the service status says no issues with emails yet again......

no apologies after the last two times, no recognition of the issue from anyone senior, just a wall of silence.
