I have just had a look into this. Select your Address Book, click on the 3 dots to the right of where it says Contacts, click on 'Select all',and then click on the 'Send e-mail' icon to the right of the 3 dots.
The issue with that is that it puts then in 'To' and not 'BCC', so everyone who receives the email would see all of the other email addresses. The only way I see to move them to 'BCC' is to drag each address individually, which is far from ideal if there many of them.
