How do i cancel my TalkTalk email account

Please can you advise how I cancel my TalkTalk email account has I no longer use or need it?

@PeteG62 I would advise please contact the Everymail support team as your account was disconnected on our end, after the migration to OX Everymail. This was on 10/09/2025

Is it just the email service you no longer wish to use? Or cancel your whole broadband service?

Hi there @PeteG62 I am sorry to hear that you want to cancel your TalkTalk services. To cancel your account, please contact the cancellations team on 03451720088 - Voice - Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm ; Saturday - 9am - 6pm ; Sunday - Closed.

You need to phone and give 30 days notice to the Loyalty / Better Value Team.
