How to change bank details for webmail account

Does anyone know how to change bank details in a webmail account. I have spent too many hours on webchat trying to sort this to no avail. 'They' can't do it and I end up with the usual promise that a supervisor will contact me within 24 to 72 hours?? to resolve the matter. It never happens.

I don't have a My Account to log into because I am a webmail user only so the live webchat don't know what to do.

I assume you subscribe by UK bank Direct Debit to TalkTalk MailPlus because you're not a TalkTalk broadband customer but you wanted to retain the use of your email address provided by TalkTalk?

Do you have the Account number sent to you by email when you took out the subscription to MailPlus?  If you do then contacting TalkTalk and asking for the billing team and giving them your account number and they should be able to pull up your account details. The customer service billing team will be able to set up a new replacement Direct Debit for you.
