This is unusual.

How are you accessing your emails? Via Webmail or a third party programme such as Outlook or Thunderbird?

Is it appearing on mails you create, reply to, or both?

Have you checked your contact lists to see if this address is there and if so deleted it? Does it still happen after deletion if you found it.

Have you checked Rules as someone may have created a rule to add a bcc containg xx address to all mails sent?

It's probably worth a help each in your programmes or a Google search for adding a permanent bcc to all mails and the programme concerned, as if you can figure out how it's been added, you should then be able to find it and reverse it.

Hope this helps
