I can't open hyperlinks from one particular email sender

I am also blocked from opening these links on  my Android phone, but I simply turn off the wifi and they come through.  But I can't do that on my PC! How do I allow this sender's links to work?

Which router do you have?

 

If an Eero the ad blocker on there can cause an issue. If so try turning that off 

 

And whitelist the website for the link in any pop up or ad blocker you may have installed.

 

Have you tried copying the link address from the mail and then pasting this in the browser? Try it on a new alternative browser such as Opera you have not used before and don't add any extensions. 

 

With @Gliwmaeden2 suggestion, if it's the Homesafe settings, try whitelisting the web site in settings. If you can't do this contact TalkTalk and ask them to add for you.

You could also try forwarding the email to yourself as a test and see if they open fine when on wifi, @DavidWL.

 

That will help distinguish between whether the content is the problem (so Homesafe settings may be blocking opening). Is the sender listed as a contact?
