Thanks, Ady. I was able to change my password, following your advice, but still cannot send emails. I receive the same error message as previously. Can you help, please?

Of course. It's pretty easy, you pop your email address in the blank box on the password reset tool page.

Thanks for your reply. I have to confess I don't know how to change thepassword for the mailbox. Can you tell me how to do this, please?

Hi wozwells55, the first thing to do is to reset the password for the mailbox. You need to use a new password that hasn't been used with this mailbox before. Once that's done your mail should be working as normal if not please let me know.
