I have tried to reply to my previous message but had an authentication error, So I'm trying again.
When I try to send emails it says I am block from sending. I have changed my password twice (as suggested by Ady-talktalk who answered my previous post) and although the person I spoke to on the chat line said they would escalate the issue as they couldn't fix it I still cannot send emails. I can however receive emails. Please will someone unblock my email account as it's is useless if I cannot sent or reply to email.
