I have broad band full fibre with you why am I losing my email address?

Only TalkTalk non-broadband customers have to migrate their previous Talk email addresses.  They migrate to everymail.com/open-xchange.

@Graham100, since you have stated that you currently have a registered plan with us, you will then have to link your email address to your plan. However, at the moment, all email activity via MyAccount has been suspended due to the OX migration. We will let our customers know once all has been completed. 🙂
