Hi there @Jamespowell, please elaborate a bit more on the matter. Where you over charged or perhaps there's something you didn't understand in your final bill?

You just displayed your name, address, email address and account details at your new provider for all the world to see.
I have removed the image you displayed.
You simply must not post any sensitive information in the public thread. It attracts scammers who can misuse the information and is also against forum rules.
I don't know whether staff can process this information through private messages on your behalf - the forum support team is back on here during the day, Monday to Friday.
Normal procedure would be to go straight to Talktalk's billing team to sort it out for you via Chat or calling 03451 720088 during the day.
