IMAP Stopped Workin With TalkTalk Recommended Settings

Hi,

Outlook on my Android mobile has stopped working.  Nothing changed on mobile and IMAP set to use TALKTALK recommended setttings imap.talktalk.net, port 993, SSL/TLS and smtp.talktalk.net, port 587, StartTls.

 

Can anybody out there throw any light on this, been conversing with TalkTalk for over a month now, no joy.  I am even paying for the Mail Plus service.

Hi Chris, does your mail work normally if you login to TalkTalk webmail?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

The first setting you mention there should be mail.talktalk.net

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
