As mentioned above.  This has been going on for nearly a month now and I really would like it sorting out.

You should now be able to send normally.

Hi soixante, thanks for starting the topic. I've asked the team to check your mailbox. It's blocked. Please reset the password to a new previously unused one and I'll be able to get the mailbox unblocked.
