Intermittently returned emails

Past few days I am having some but not all of my emails from both my phone and from my desktop returned via mailer -deamon address mentioning that:

Service unavailable         and          blocked using Spamhaus.
To request removal from this list see   etc. etc. ( A very long link!)

I have no idea what Spamhaus is nor dare I click the link.

My email addresses are definitely correct, confirmed as the emails are being delivered, albeit intermittently!!

Thoughts/ideas on what to do anyone. Could it just be down to the hot weather?

I have also had this happening to me since Friday.  

I looked up Spamhaus and found their website.  

It apparently means that you are on a block list as perceived as an address that sends out spam.

 I went to their checker which asks for IP, domain, ASN, SBLhash, email or hash.  

I put in my email address which came back as clean.  

I have put my device through an anti virus run and it has come back clean.

I've looked up my IP and put that into their checker but it said it was invalid.

So I do not know how to get any further in being removed either?
