Can you please assist with this? Kind regards

Hi @Dianer I understand how you feel, I can assure you that I have added all the emails that you have added on your Private Notes on your profile and they will be linked to your broadband account.

Thanks for your reply but this does not help me at all.  At the very most and as a Talk Talk customer I should not be placed into a position whereby I just hope and keep my fingers crossed that someone in another department will link my emails to my broadband account.  I am therefore asking for confirmation to let me know that this work has been carried out.  If you can't do this then can I suggest that you forward this to someone who can confirm.  I have already received another email from Talk Talk asking me to sign up for everymail.  This is unacceptable.

Kind regards

Dianer

I am not too sure of the kind of confirmation you will receive from them as they work in a different department. Thanks.

Hi @Dianer I wanted to inform you that I have successfully completed the web form on your behalf. I can assure you that you will not receive any emails regarding the closure of your emails or any charges related to emails, as you currently have a broadband account. Your account will remain linked to your broadband service, ensuring that everything is managed seamlessly. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out.

@Dianer

This forum is not like chat and posts are dealt with in order.

Staff aim to respond with 24 to 48 hours but is often less.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.

Further to my previous posting, I have completed my profile page with the relevant informtion.  Please, please can a member of Talk Talk staff kindly look at this and advise further as this is causing a great deal of concern to me.  I am not a confident with technology and cannot understand why I received an email from Talk Talk regarding having to pay for my emails when I am a Talk Talk  broadband customer.  I am concerned that if something is not done then I might lose my emails.  This is a total nightmare.
