Is Talktalk webmail down, or is it just me ; )

I have an error code (502 I think) when trying to access my account at w******a@talktalk.net ; is this a known problem?

Thanks

Thanks Gondola - think I'll quit while semi ahead - becoming one of those cases whereby you solve one problem but create several more

Email is definitely happy, seems to have been 8-hour glitch which I blamed new Mac for ; )

All good - thanks for your quick assistance and reassurance for the situation : )

Accept as Solved works only for one post per topic. But don't worry it's not important.

Thanks - no problem on old Mac but new keeps giving blue page with connection timed out now;

I'll persevere as not end of world with old Mac alongside

Perhaps I'll delete total login in on new one and start afresh if it continues,

thanks in meanwhile and I'll keep you posted : )

When I got error message 503 btw, it was just left hand side on otherwise blank white screen : )

Yes, keeping very well.

Just to confirm your report, these are the error messages I was getting this morning: Same fault I'd noted and reported on 17th March.

503 Service Unavailable

TalkTalk Mail platform : server unreachable

Thanks Gondola

It's odd - setting up new MacBook, starting to enable passwords, so on on to it

No sooner had I saved my @talktalk.net password I've struggled on new MacBook to login

Considered perhaps it had logged me out owing to inputting wrong password but after double checking - all my details are correct.

When I messaged here both laptops had no email access but since then the older MacBook is logging in ok again.

Think I'll give the newbie a breather and return some point later see if it's  managed to rectify itself

I'll restart it too - see if that shifts anything

Thanks; hope you're keeping very well : )

There are certainly problems logging in to webmail and have been for some days now although was reasonably OK over the weekend. The TalkTalk Mail platform is not working as fast as it should although it is operating.
