I have tried logging into talktalk webmail and a notification comes up about having to move to everymail and pay a fee.
However, checking online this should not be applicable for existing talktalk customers. we have been with talktalk for approximately 15 years and currently are.
As was advised I have set up a profile and listed the talktalk email addresses in the private area of my profile for talktalk staff.
Please link the email accounts/ mailboxes as soon as possible so they are not lost or disabled.

@Paul-Asp, thank you for this. I have successfully managed to escalate this matter to our email team and will kindly ask for you to allow 48hours for the team to be able to further resolve this issue for you.

Hello sabelo-TT, I originally started the post and reported the fault.
To confirm, I cannot send an email the message of my account being disabled comes up as soon I log into talktalk webmail. There is then the big message box informing I will have to subscribe and pay a fee.

@Mwils1, we will be able to resolve this matter for you. Just to double check, are you currently experiencing feature restrictions (i.e. unable to send an email) in the email account?
