Hi @Pauben Thank you so much for confirming this. I have gained access to your account and I can confirm that you have an active broadband account. You have added 3 email addresses on your private message I have copied and pasted the emails as it is to filled in a webform for you to be excluded from the EveryMail migration and have your emails working again. This request will be completed within 48 hours of the working days only (Monday to Friday) as hours are not counted over weekends.

Hi,

 

Only communication received was once emails had stopped working, attempt was made to use webmail as mail app on iPhone was giving logon error, at this point subscription to Everymail was visible.

Emails are currently restricted with no access at all, this has been the case for the last three days.
