Hello, Despite all my efforts to prevent my mailboxes stopping working, I like many others have now been blocked from sending mail since yesterday.
This is clearly an issue affecting many of your users who will likely not renew their Talktalk contracts because of this, so in the end it is going to be detrimental to Talktalk as a business. I am going to try to escalate this to Talktalk's executives.
Is there any resolution in sight before we all lose the ability to receive email as well on 8th September?

I have updated the Private Notes to show which mailbox is my main admin one and which are additional mailboxes.
When will you be able to link all of them to my broadband account so that they will not be deactivated?

@fr8ys emails provided by the customer is not linked to the active account. The webform is customers who received the communication however the email is already linked. @Lobo123 falls under the orphaned emails needing to be linked with an active broadband account of which at the moment we are unable to complete due to the migration.

@fr8ys that webform is for only the customers that received communication regarding mail plus however they have active accounts.

@Philile-TT I understood there was a webform to be completed to enable this to be done in the meantime.
At least that is my understanding from the Forum Manager.

@Lobo123 one of the emails provided is on the account already please check on MyAccount to see which one is it. At the moment we are unable to link emails at the moment Due to the ongoing OX email migration, customers are currently unable to link existing TalkTalk email accounts in MyAccount. This is being worked on as a priority.
