Linking Tiscali email address to my account

The address that you receive notification of billing etc, may be a TalkTalk email address, or a non-TalkTalk email address.

If it a TalkTalk email address, then it is advisable to include that email address in the 'private notes' of your community profile.

I’m sorry but I don’t really know how this works - my email address should be linked to my account. It is the address that I receive notification of billing etc. please let me know if I need to do anything else to have it linked to my account.

also, yes, my husband has received an email regarding Everymail, please have his details removed.

@JESANDPB I found your account and can confirm that you have an active broadband service. I've filled out a web form to add your husband's email address to your broadband account. Could you please check if he has received a communication to sign up for Everymail? If he has, let me know, and I will request his exclusion.
 

Additionally, can you confirm if there is only one email address associated with TalkTalk, which is your husband's? If you have any other email addresses, please include them in the private note, and I can request for them to be added.

Please NEVER post personal information details in the public thread, @JESANDPB.

You need to go to the profile area, via your avatar/name; settings; Personal Information. Towards the end of that section, in Private Notes add the email address that needs to be associated with the account. SAVE CHANGES.
