Link tiscali email address to TalkTalk

Hi, I am A Talk Talk broadband customer with a Tiscali email account which i cant access, i believe i need to link the account to my talk talk account to still get access, please can you assist. thanks

@brybabs do you have a now disconnected account with TalkTalk other than the active account?

Hi, Yes i am still having problems, when i try to log in with the correct password i get this error message (attached) about registering and paying for my e mail account as i was no longer a Talk Talk customer ?!?, i contacted Talk Talk support about this on July 12th and was assured that this wouldn't happen, i would still get access to my e-mails and not to worry.

Please can you assist?

not being able to access doesn't mean it needs linking. Have you forgotten your password? Do you get any error messages?
