This is happening more frequently. Even with family members that have marked my email as a VIP. I generally use Apple Mail and Thunderbird on my PC. If webmail is required is there a quick method to this? I may have leave TT over this issue because it is causing me a lot of issues. Thank you.

@WayHand if this is only happening on the third party mail clients you might have to use webmail as we are unable to conduct checks for third party systems.

Brilliant! I'm a long term Gmail user and never had a problem, and you don't need to leave TT as they actually do a pretty good job on the straightforward stuff.

Hi @WayHand if you are thinking of leaving tt and your email account behind, why not just stop using tt email and setup an ISP independent account? Gmail, Outlook oor Proton spring to mind.
