Hi - I am a TalkTalk customer (broadband and phone) and have been asked to pay for email access. Also can’t use email account now. Please advise

Hi there @Anton52 I would love to assist you with your query, however i will need to confirm a few details. Did you receive communication from us advising you, we migrating your account to Everymail?

Make sure that ALL email addresses connected with your service are listed in Private Notes, @Anton52.
Go via your avatar; settings; open up the Personal Information area and complete that with your account number or Talktalk landline number. Make sure that's done and scroll further down to Private Notes. After adding the email details scroll down further to find the SAVE CHANGES button.
