For the last month or so many e-mails that I send are ending up in people's spam folders - people with whom I've had contact for many years, and for all I know people with whom I haven't. I'm not getting responses to e-mails which is very frustrating and I'm suspecting it's starting to affect both my work and my social life. It's not practical to ask recipients to action anything as I frequently need to e-mail people for the first time and only once, so I need a reliable service. Could you suggest steps I can take to rectify this please?
