Unable to send emails

Since 3/9 I have been unable to send emails.

 

All the email settings are correct. Both web and outlook affected. Email is recorded as sent, but they are not physically received by the recipient. Please help

I understand @kazchris13 I have reviewed your account and confirmed that you are a full fibre customer. Unfortunately, I have limitation since you are Full Fibre customer, and I cannot run diagnostics for your email. You will need to reach out to our Full Fibre Team, who can check your emails, diagnose the issue, and provide potential solutions to your query.

Here is the number to our Future fiber team who have the required resources to assist you with this matter 034 5172 0074 and you can contact them between the times  Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm;  Sat-Sun 9am- 5:30pm

Have done that.

 

Then tried to send an email from webmail and Outlook to my gmail account, and no message has been received.

Thank you for confirming, Clear Cache and Cookies:

In your browser, go to settings and find the option to clear browsing data. Make sure to select cache and cookies.

Also try using a different browser.

No. I have not had an email and no banner shows when I log in.

I also have my broadband with you.

I understand, please confirm if you have received any email from us asking you to sign up to EveryMail or if there is a banner message when you try to log in.

Hi

 

The error message I get is 

Reject for policy reason

550.5.7.1

 

However, I don't always get this error message, even if the email hasn't been sent.

 

The sent folder says the emails have gone, but they haven't.
