Not sure if this is a tricky one or dead easy, but here we go.
Some time ago my partner had Talk Talk BB in her previous property, and had a talktalk.net e-mail address. This e-mail address was free when the BB connection was active, and she wanted to keep it active after the contract ended. She now pays £5 p/m to keep it going. This still active e-mail address is now maintained on the Everymail platform. (Or so I believe, but could easily be wrong about that).
We moved into a new property together, where the talktalk BB connection was put into my name. It's been going strong for the last 5 years, but I've never bothered to set up a talk talk e-mail address. What is involved in associating my partners old e-mail address, with my current BB account ? I believe I am entitled to up to 5 mailboxes on my account. At the moment I don't have any. I simply want to "move" the old e-mail address to be associated / linked to my current BB Connection. Is this possible and how is it done ?
(Hopefully this'll stop the £5 payment as it's now associated with a "live" account. Any and all advice appreciated.

@MoeSyszlak thank you so much for your kind patience whilst I have been waiting for an update from the team. I am sorry to let you know that this will not be possible due to that your wife was already a mail plus customer when she was migrated.

@MoeSyszlak I would have to ask the team if this is possible since the email is with EveryMail.

Staff can look into this but how easy it will be with an active Everymail subscription I'm not sure.
