Hi Kanya.

The reason why I'm posting here is because each time I log on to my webmail for my talktalk.net email I get a message at the top telling me I need to subscribe to Everymail by 28th July or lose the ability to send emails. Having checked, there is a significant cost to doing so which I should surely not be liable for as one of your broadband customers.

Unfortunately, at the point when I became a Talktalk customer, I was not allowed to use my talktalk.net email as my account email, so I created another email account (with Yahoo) that I only use when I need to log into my account. Having checked this, I have received 2 emails, dated 17th June and 1st July, which incorrectly stated that I'm no longer one of your broadband customers and that I would therefore now be required to pay to register with Everymail to keep using my email. As one of your customers (over several years), I should clearly not have to pay to use my talktalk.net email. So please can Talktalk now take whatever steps are necessary to allow me to continue using this account freely.

Thank you.

Hey there, @PaulB11. We will have to check if there was note on your account about linking your email account.
