Hello,

 

Am going round in circles and pulling my hair out.

 

When I login to my account can access the Dashboard etc... but don't see a link to TalkTalk mail plus.

 

I believe there are changes a foot with tiscali.co.uk mailboxes.

 

I seem to recall setting up 5 tiscali.co.uk mailboxes on my account a while ago but just go round in circles trying to check that these mailboxes are setup on my account.

 

Please can someone help me with this. Thank you

Hi @PAJ333 After discussing the matter with my manager, I must inform you that, as you are not the account holder, we are unable to verify any details related to the account in question. For us to provide assistance, it is essential that the actual account holder reaches out to us directly. Please advise them to get in touch, and we will be more than happy to help with any inquiries or issues they may have. Thank you for your understanding.

If the account is not even in your own name, your son should really have posted in his own right.

 

For now, please add the information in Private Notes near the end of Personal Information in your profile details. 

 

Go via your avatar; settings; Personal Information....Private Notes. Add your son's name, Account number,  home address, Talktalk phone number; back up phone number and list the affected email addresses. Scroll down further to SAVE CHANGES. 

 

You must act quickly to sort this out as staff are only on here till early evening; not over the weekend. This whole thing comes into effect on Monday 28th. 

 

NB: I've removed the details that you posted in the public thread. Please NEVER post personal information in the open forum.
