Linking tiscali email and inbox to my broadband contract

As an existing broadband customer, I have received emails from TalkTalk saying that my @Tiscali.co.uk email and inbox will be closed down on 31 October 2025. I have read that some existing customers have received this in error, as their @Tiscali.co.uk email is not currently linked to their broadband account. I want my @Tiscali.co.uk email and inbox to be linked to my active broadband contract so that this remains active and available ongoing. (I have included the email details in Profile Private Notes.)

Great! Your email address is already linked to your broadband account; I have escalated so that you are removed from the migration and have your email address working again. Is there anything else I can assist you with?

Thank you so much for your reply @Fred57 I have found your account and can confirm that you have an active broadband service. I have submitted a web form to reactivate the email addresses you mentioned in your private notes and removed them from the EveryMail transition so that you are not charged and keep your email addresses. I've copied the email addresses as you provided them, so please double-check to ensure the information is correct and avoid any delays. This request will be processed within 48 working hours (Monday to Friday), as weekends are not included in the timeframe.

Thanks for your reply.

I added 2 email addresses because I was asked by Angelique-TT to add both the email that I believe to be registered to the broadband account (the TalkTalk.net account) AND the email I want to continue using, which is the Tiscali.co.uk account. To be clear, I wish to retain the Tiscali account because it is my primary email, which I routinely use. I have not received a subscription email at my Tiscali email account yet.

I have updated my Private Notes to include only the Tiscali email that I want to continue using.

I'd be grateful if you would confirm that this will remain active (as I am already not able to send emails from this account, although at present still able to receive).

I have accessed your account and noticed that you have added two email addresses. I will complete the web form for you to be excluded from the migration. Please confirm if you have received the subscription email at your Tiscali or TalkTalk.net email addresses, or both.
