Thank you so much for the information you have provided me with. It seems only 2 email addresses are linked to your broadband account, which explains why 2 are working fine and you only experiencing issues with the other 2. I have completed a form for you, the back office will have this linked for and issue should be resolved in 48 working hours.

Hi,
On two email accounts there are banners to subscribe.
On my other two email accounts nothing, and i can see those on Mailbox manager.
