I spoke last week on the online chat requesting to link both of my email addresses to my account which I was assured would happen but today I've received a message saying I can no longer send emails and I will loose access to my email account. Can this urgently be sorted

I understand your frustration. Something must have went wrong, as i can assure you only 1 email address is currently linked to the account. However i have completed a form for you and made sure i list both the email addresses, even the one that has already been linked. Hopefully the back office team will have this resolved in 48 working hours:)

I've been advised twice before that both email addresses were linked to the account, initially on the 18th July which is now 2 months, so again someone at Talktalk is lying.

Looking at your account only 1 email address is linked and you have listed 2email addresses on your private notes. I will complete a form for you so the 2nd email address can also be linked for you. The issue should be resolved within 48 working hours.

My email account has been linked to my active broadband account previously but I'm being held to ransom by Everymail. You need to contact Everymail today and tell them to remove my email address from their system and release my account.
And before you say it, it doesn't take 72 hours to escalate. It takes one phone call by Talktalk to Everymail to sort this out today.

After contacting talktalks complaints department my email account was finally linked to my active broadband account and I could use my email address until today where I'm unable to login as my account has been frozen and they are trying their best to make us subscribe. What a surprise!!!!
This company and the decision to move to the money grabbing everymail means I have no email address again.
I will be ringing your complaints department again 1st thing as there is no point talking to this 'community' as nothing gets done or resolved and your only reply is sorry and we will escalate and nothing happens.

Hi Phili, how much longer do I have to wait to have my email linked? This issue was raised on the 31st July after I was initially advised by talktalk on the 18th July that I would not be affected. My father has passed away and I urgently need to send emails from my account.

It does match with the one I am currently looking at. No, it has not yet been linked. The john email is not on the account, I had escalated the issue yesterday which can be attended to within 48 working hours.

Hi Phili, have you checked my account? and are both email addresses linked to my broadband account now. I've been a broadband customer with talktalk for 10 years. Can you confirm that this issue has been resolved and my email won't be transferred to everymail?

Hi Phili, according to your colleague Zahid on july 18th both emails addresses were linked to the account so now we are no further along to resolve this issue. How long do I have to wait for this 2nd escalation?
