I spoke last week on the online chat requesting to link both of my email addresses to my account which I was assured would happen but today I've received a message saying I can no longer send emails and I will loose access to my email account. Can this urgently be sorted

@Itsjon I will now escalate this further as the john email is not on the account.

[14:03, Jul 18] You: thank you, please can you ensure both email addresses are connected to my account
[14:05, Jul 18] Zahid: Certainly, I will ensure this is taken care of. Please allow me a moment.
[14:08, Jul 18] Zahid: Thank you for waiting. I have submitted the details, so you can rest assured that the changes will not be made and you will not be charged for them. Additionally, both of your emails are connected to your account, so you can feel confident about that.
[14:08, Jul 18] Zahid: I have also completed all the documentation on your account regarding this, and it will be recorded in our system. We want to make sure you are being assisted effectively. Don't worry everything will be working fine for you
[14:11, Jul 18] You: Thank you Zahid, would you be able to email this confirmation above to both of my email addresses and will the Everymail notification now disappear?
[14:14, Jul 18] Zahid: Lynn, you can rest assured about this. I apologise, but I can't email you as we don't have access to that. However, you can take a screenshot of the conversation. I've also mentioned all the details on the account, so it will be recorded in the system. You will no longer receive an email notification, but it will take 24 working hours as it takes some time for the team to process this.

Did the agent that was assisting you with linking emails advise you that they filling in a form for the emails to be linked?

Hi Phili, none of the two email addresses are associated with a disconnected account. I have an active broadband account and have lost email access to one of the email addresses I've listed in private notes
