Today, after many years of using TalkTalk mail, I tried to forward a mail to a distribution list and got the dreaded buffer and no entry symbol when I opened my Contacts list. I then tried to create a new email but got the same result when I opened my Contacts. When I opened my address book I got a "could not load this list Retry" message after about 20 secs of buffering. Retrying gave the same result.
Any idea where all my contacts have gone and how I can get them back?
This is pretty important as I'm Secretary of a couple of organisations and my distribution lists are all in my address book

Hi Clydachboy, are you using the correct URL? Sign in - TalkTalk Mail is the correct URL for webmail?

My talktalk address book has also disappeared and "could not load this list Retry" message was displayed after about 20 secs of buffering. Retrying gave the same result. This is extremely important for my business, as I have no other record of these addresses - how do I retrieve them?

Please screenshot what you see when the error message appears. It will help me understand the issue.
