Have you recently received an email apparently from TalkTalk asking you to verify or rescue your account and followed the link?
If you email address may have been compromised and being used to send out spam which is why spam filters are rejecting your legitimate mailing.
If you have, I'd suggest you
- Export your address book so it does not get lost.
- Change your password
- Check if any mail forwarding has been setup on your account
- Run a virus and malware scan on your devices that you use to access you emails.
If your email address has been spoofed there is not a lot you can do until spammers move onto someone else's address.
Hopefully it will resolve itself in time.
You could also do an internet search as there are some suggestions you could try.
