I currently pay annually to retain my talktalk email address. I understand I should have had an email about moving to every mail but I have not had any email and I believe the annual renewal is due
Hi @Keithhy I have escalated this for you, I will respond to your once I receive a respond to your query, can you confirm if your email is working fine at the moment?
If you haven't received an email, do you see a banner when you log into webmail or mail manager?
