Hi, re the migration to everymail - I have not been a talktalk broadband customer for a good few years but have been paying one £5 fee to maintain both my and my daughters email accounts. On a previous thread I asked the question that I can't see the subscribe option on my mail manager and it's presumed that I'm already subscribed to everymail by virtue of the fact I'm already paying and can't see the subscribe option. I'm trying to add my daughters e-mail to my account so that we don't have to pay an extra £5/month for her account (she does see the subscribe option in her mail manager) - I was under the impression that you could have 5 talktalk e-mail accounts linked to the one main account. I've just tried to add her account to my mail manager and am getting an error message that says 'error user name cannot be used' - I'm presuming that this is because her e-mail is already on her own mail manager. Is there a way to add hers to mine so we don't have to pay twice and can carry on paying just the one fee?

Hi there @Minx0161, thank you for messaging us. Just to ensure that I comprehend, you do not have an active broadband account with us but paying for email services ( £5 every month) and now need your daughter's email address linked to your account as well?
