Mailbox shutting down

I have received an e mail from the member portal telling me my mailbox will be shutting down on 5th December and giving me a link to update the mailbox.

 

Is this a genuine mail and is it safe to use the link?

It's spam.  If you hover over the recipient it won't have a TalkTalk email address

 

TalkTalk have requested that spam mail be reported to them.
