Perhaps the above help content will help. To subscribe to MailPlus you simply select the Subscribe to MailPlus page and enter your TalkTalk email address and password and that will be verified as eligible or not. NB you cannot subscribe to an inactive email mailbox nor subscribe if you are a TalkTalk Consumer customer currently.
